VERBIER St-Bernard has FOUR restaurants mentioned in Gault et Millau!
On the up and up, La Grange in Verbier was awarded a 14th point this autumn. Thierry Corthay and his team succeeded in wowing the experts of the famous guide with their exquisite recipes that are a combination of simplicity and refinement.
Samuel and Laetitia Destaing's Hôtel des Alpes in Orsières also earned a point, moving from 15th to the highly sought-after 16th point, offering dishes qualified as "Grand Art" by Gault et Millau critiques.
La Table d'Adrien (16/20), led by Marco Bassi delights gourmets at the Chalet d'Adrien in Verbier. Between divine starters and magical desserts, dishes are delicate and highly inventive, and also have a Michelin star to their credit.
Another address noted by the Guide is the Kings Restaurant (12/20) in Verbier, which is a marvellous combination of European culinary traditions and an innovative setting.
